About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat channels.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently
