Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their purchase decisions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to efficiently address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including various software and online platforms
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
