The opportunity
Join the dynamic customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this exciting virtual role, you'll be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional support and a personalized experience to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their purchase decisions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to performance metrics
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to efficiently address customer concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems, including various software and online platforms
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual environment
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
