About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Non Voice Account Representatives. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves taking phone calls to assist customers with a variety of inquiries and requests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
  2. Provide information and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
  4. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  5. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
