MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resource Allocation

  • Roster vehicles, drivers, and other resources based on daily operational requirements, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with drivers and Duty Managers to manage schedules, dispatch vehicles, and monitor the status of ongoing jobs.
  • Adjust allocations in response to unforeseen circumstances such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or changes in customer requirements.

Communication

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, Duty Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding the status of deliveries, flight schedules, and any potential delays.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure all allocations comply with industry regulations, including safety standards, driver hours, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage all compliance tickets with drivers to be able to assign shifts on the roster.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details, special requirements, and any other relevant information.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all allocations, vehicle movements, and related activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance, including key metrics such as delivery times, resource utilisation.

Problem-Solving

  • Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks, developing solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other team members to continuously improve allocation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any other related courses
  • With at least 1-2 years rostering experience in Australian setting
  • Previous experience in an allocation or dispatch role within the aviation, logistics, or trucking industries is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in using allocation and logistics management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Cert III or higher in transport & logistics preferred (not essential)
  • Complex roster management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used for allocation and logistics management.
  • Focus and consistency when under pressure.
  • With stable wired internet connection
  • Can start ASAP once hired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php26,000.00 per month
