(With Accounting, Admin, Receptionist, Customer Service & VA Experience)
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting or related field (preferred but not required).
- With relevant office, administrative, or VA experience is a strong advantage.
2. Virtual Assistant (VA) Experience
- Experience working remotely with clients or teams.
- Skilled in handling email management, calendar scheduling, online research, and report preparation.
- Able to communicate effectively through online platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet).
- Can adapt quickly to digital workflows and remote processes.
3. Administrative & Office Skills
- Strong background in admin work, document processing, and file organization.
- Able to prepare reports, memos, forms, and maintain accurate records.
- Skilled in handling confidential documents.
4. Accounting Skills
- Basic bookkeeping and financial tracking skills.
- Can process invoices, SOA, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Experience in monitoring expenses, budgets, and simple financial reports.
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
5. Receptionist Skills
- Professional in handling calls and inquiries.
- Ability to welcome or coordinate with clients, visitors, or members (onsite or online).
- Strong organization and front-desk coordination skills.
6. Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Can handle customer concerns and provide timely support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
7. Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office.
- Knowledge in CRM systems, communication tools, and ticketing platforms.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
8. Personal Attributes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Can multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
