Job Summary:
The Marketing & Administrative Assistant provides support to both the marketing team and the overall office operations. This role assists in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and promotional activities, while also handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The position requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms and company newsletters.
- Help coordinate events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Support HR and finance-related administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
