Our client is looking for adetail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and management
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with basic HR or operations tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1–2 years experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
