About the Role:
As the HR Admin Assistant, you will support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and employee engagement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven mental health practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily reviewing, monitoring, and updating all employee HR files;
- Downloading and uploading documents to HR files;
- Monitoring the company's HR email and responding to emails everyday;
- Review all employee time off and sick time requests;
- Write offer letters and send potential employees employment packages and required;
- Send out monthly emails of staff birthdays;
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees;
- Assists with the performance review process;
- Assists with end-to-end recruitment;
- Coordinates credentialing process with the admin director and billing department;
- Responsibilities may vary and change pursuant to the Center's needs.

- Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and be able to operate basic office machines such as a copier and printer.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and manage schedules efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Rate:
$4.00 per hour, full-time
Benefits:
- Raise of pay based on performance
- $10.00 per month for internet allowance assistance after 90 days
- Additional $20.00 per month for health allowance after one year of employment
