Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role
Our client in NSW, operating within the scaffolding industry, is seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support their administrative and project workflow operations. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, well-organised, and experienced in managing high volumes of data in the construction industry or a similarly fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing essential project and financial data using systems such as AroFlo, HubDoc, and Xero. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage data, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), timesheets, and job-related information.
- Upload and process documents using HubDoc for digital capture and categorisation.
- Manage and update job records, project details, and workflows within AroFlo.
- Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors as needed.
- Maintain organised and systematic digital filing and records.
- Collaborate with the admin and project teams to ensure all information is timely and accurate.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
- Software Proficiency:
· AroFlo (required)
· HubDoc or similar data/document management software
· Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is highly regarded.
- Bookkeeping Basics: Experience with Xero for entering invoices and purchase orders is an advantage.
- Skills:
· High typing speed and accuracy
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
