About the Client
Our client is an Australian entrepreneur launching a fast-growing nail ecommerce brand, looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant to support daily business operations.
About the Role
This is a full-time position for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and confident managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. You'll work closely with the founder to help keep the business running smoothly across logistics, marketing coordination, and general admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and scheduling
- Assist with order tracking, supplier communication, and customer enquiries
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and social content calendars
- Maintain files, spreadsheets, and product data
- Prepare reports, manage emails, and follow up on daily action items
- Provide personal assistance to the founder where needed
Skills and Experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in admin, operations, or executive assistance
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, and general office tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
- Experience supporting ecommerce or creative businesses is a plus
Work Setup and Details
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with overlap in Australian business hours
- Long-term ongoing role
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
