We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead high-impact growth initiatives and drive new client acquisition across esports, gaming, brand activations, creative services, event production, and digital marketing sectors. This role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, establishing meaningful client relationships, and partnering with Account Managers to close deals and deliver on revenue goals.

The Senior BDM combines strong industry knowledge with sharp commercial acumen to generate business opportunities, develop tailored sales strategies, and build long-term value through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation initiatives to build a high-quality, sustainable sales pipeline targeting brands, agencies, and clients in esports, gaming, marketing, and production sectors.
  • Research and analyze potential clients' business models, KPIs, and marketing objectives to craft customized and compelling sales pitches.
  • Lead initial client engagements, effectively communicating the agency's service offerings, creative strengths, and value proposition.
  • Design persuasive business proposals, sponsorship decks, and activation strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities to Account Managers for proposal development and execution, while maintaining involvement in deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on negotiations and contractual agreements to ensure alignment with revenue and delivery expectations.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, expos, and conferences to network, stay informed on trends, and source new business leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and forecasting.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, service expansions, and strategic partnerships that align with the agency's growth goals.
  • Mentor junior business development team members and support cross-functional initiatives as a senior stakeholder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
