About the role

Awesome Hotel Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in San Juan La Union. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of food and beverage professionals, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Oversee the development and implementation of menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and maximise profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to align food and beverage operations with the overall business strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the food and beverage budget, including inventory control, cost management, and forecasting
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar F&B management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with guests, staff, and other hotel departments
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and quality control
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
