  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

● Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and

product launches

● Research trends and audience insights to increase engagement

● Assist with creating marketing campaigns for new product launches, events and other

B2B initiatives.

  1. Content Creation

● Design, create and publish engaging, brand-consistent visual content (posts, stories,

reels)

● Write captions, taglines, and short-form copy with a strong brand voice

  1. Graphic Design & Branding

● Develop graphics for digital promotions, campaigns, and product launches

● Create and plan graphics for printed collaterals such as posters, stickers, etc.

  1. Social Media Management

● Manage and grow Candid Coffee's presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and

other platforms

● Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the

community

  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

● Track performance analytics and campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion)

● Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with data insights and

recommendations

  1. Collaboration & Coordination

● Work with internal teams for promotional campaigns, product features, and seasonal

launches

● Coordinate with branch staff for location shoots, customer features, and event

coverage

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting on-brand copy and captions
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook—and how to grow on them
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Experience in lifestyle, F&B, or consumer brands is a big plus
