The Sales and Admin Associate is a critical role that ensures overall health and readiness of all teams of the hotel. From the moment of customer inquiry until our guests checkout this role is critical to the overall experience of each of our guests.

  • Client Engagement & Sales

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries (phone, email, social media, walk-ins).

  • Develop, customize, and send proposals to individual, corporate, and group clients.
  • Register and partner with Philippine corporations and agencies for accreditation and preferred supplier listings.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contracts.

  • Booking & Revenue Management

  • Monitor all hotel bookings and ensure timely payment collection.

  • Coordinate with accounting for proper invoicing and receipting of payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of confirmed, tentative, and cancelled bookings.

  • Procurement & Supplier Relations

  • Identify and pre-qualify suppliers through a structured procurement process.

  • Source, negotiate, and order hotel goods (F&B, amenities, office supplies) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.

  • Administration & Finance Support

  • Maintain records of all accounts receivable and payable.

  • Submit accurate and timely reports to the accounting and finance team for documentation.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, purchase requests, and liquidation of expenses
