The Hospitality System Specialist is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of hotel and hospitality-related systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and other integrated platforms. The role ensures system reliability, user efficiency, and seamless guest service experience through technical expertise and collaboration with operations and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRS, and related applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues across hotel departments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system updates, enhancements, and technical resolutions.
  • Train end-users (front office, F&B, reservations, finance, etc.) on proper system usage and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure stability, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Assist in system integration and implementation for new hotel openings or upgrades.
  • Generate and analyze system reports to support management decisions and operational improvements.
  • Ensure data security, user access control, and compliance with IT and hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and user guides for internal reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Hospitality Management (or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing hotel or hospitality systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Oracle Hospitality, Fidelio, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and workflows (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in database management, networking basics, and system integrations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Greenhills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month
