I. Front Office Management & Guest Relations

  • Review FO endorsements, discrepancy reports, and take necessary actions.
  • Supervise check-in/out processes and ensure efficient use of PMS.
  • Welcome/escort VIPs, regular guests, and groups per standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure VIP arrangements and room blocking are done in advance.
  • Maintain and update guest database/history for personalized service.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and special requests.
  • Liaise with Security on guest safety and crowd control.
  • Oversee reservations handling, ensuring accuracy and special request fulfillment.
  • Inform guests about property facilities, tours, and activities.

II. Revenue & Cost Control

  • Review guest folios and ensure accurate charge recording.
  • Report high-balance guests to Operations Manager/Accounting.
  • Promote and upsell rooms, F&B, spa, and other services.
  • Supervise concierge/tour desk operations.
  • Monitor amenity reservations and package sales.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and financial transactions.
  • Ensure staff are informed about packages and promotions.

III. Leadership & Personnel Management

  • Monitor FO activities and take corrective actions.
  • Verify Cash Floats and Cashiering Reports.
  • Ensure staff knowledge of rates and promotions.
  • Supervise staff grooming per dress code.
  • Assist with scheduling, evaluations, and staff documentation.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front office team.
  • Act as OIC in absence of Operations Manager.
  • Inspect lobby, pool, and guest areas for cleanliness/safety.

IV. Night Auditing

  • Balance daily revenue across outlets and verify accuracy.
  • Reconcile folios, correct posting discrepancies, and prepare reports.
  • Distribute occupancy and revenue reports to management.
  • Reset systems for the next business day.
  • Handle late-night check-ins, inquiries, and emergencies.
  • Supervise check-in/out processes and ensure efficient use of PMS.
