About the role

We're looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Awesome Hotel Inc.' in the beautiful coastal town of San Juan La Union. As our F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our food and beverage department. This is a full-time position that will see you leading a team of servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise revenue.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  2. Coach, train, and motivate a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate menu offerings and service
  5. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in using POS systems and data analysis tools
  5. Detailed-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  6. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
