At Candid Coffee, we're passionate about crafting authentic coffee experiences and fostering a culture of quality, teamwork, and growth. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee all our branches across North and South Luzon.

Position Overview:

The Area Manager oversees all Candid Coffee branches, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent store performance, and a strong, motivated team across all locations. This role focuses on leadership, coaching, and driving results through people and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of all Candid Coffee branches.
  • Coach and guide Branch Managers to achieve operational and sales goals.
  • Ensure brand standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction are met across all stores.
  • Analyze sales and operational reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and team evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Drive profitability and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in area or multi-branch management (F&B or retail preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently between North & South Luzon.
  • Passionate about coffee, customer service, and developing high-performing teams.
