Marketing Manager (Hybrid Set Up)

Location: San Juan City

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for branding, storytelling, and all things coffee? Candid Coffee is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and bring our brand to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

-Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and social media presence

-Plan promotions, product launches, and events

-Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results

-Collaborate with design, operations, and barista teams to bring the brand to life

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

-With experience in marketing preferably in F&B

-Strong background in digital marketing and content creation

-A creative mindset with strong analytical skills

-Excellent communication and project management abilities
