A. JOB SUMMARY

The F&B Manager oversees all operations of Dos Pebreros Café, ensuring that service quality, food production, and profitability meet Royal Oak's brand standards of excellence. This role leads the pre-opening and daily operations, manages cost controls, drives sales, ensures guest satisfaction, and upholds health, safety, and sanitation compliance.

As part of the Royal Oak group, the F&B Manager ensures the café embodies the Dos Pebreros brand story — "Coffee · Stories · Legacy", delivering authentic hospitality aligned with the company's service culture and financial goals.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Leadership
  • Oversee all café operations including service, barista, and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure consistent service flow, ambiance, and brand presentation.
  • Implement Royal Oak F&B SOPs and maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise opening, mid, and closing procedures and ensure proper shift handovers.
  • Financial & Revenue Management
  • Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Control cost of sales (COS) and maintain profit margins through effective cost management.
  • Coordinate with Finance for inventory audits, waste control, and monthly P&L reviews.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments, promotions, and menu engineering initiatives.
  • Guest Experience & Brand Standards
  • Ensure warm, consistent, and high-quality guest interactions that reflect Filipino hospitality with modern café flair.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain brand aesthetics — from plating to playlist — aligned with Dos Pebreros' visual identity.
  • Team Leadership & HR Coordination
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff with HR guidance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement incentive programs.
  • Foster teamwork and morale through structured briefings and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain discipline and compliance with company policies.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and support collaboration with Acquatro Suites guest flow.
  • Assist in menu photoshoots, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Procurement & Inventory
  • Coordinate with Procurement for supplier sourcing and quality control.
  • Manage stock levels, ensure FIFO compliance, and monitor consumption patterns.
  • Submit weekly purchase requests and cost reports.
  • Reports & Documentation
  • Submit daily sales summaries, manpower schedules, incident reports, and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor KPI achievement and assist in budget planning.

C. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B management experience (café/restaurant preferred).
  • Strong leadership, cost control, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in POS, inventory systems, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
