Key Responsibilities
A. Payroll Services Support

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and delivery of:

  • Company payroll

  • Incentives and ancillary commission
  • Last pay computation for separated employees
  • Check requests for payment of account payables
  • PhilHealth certificate preparation as requested
  • Maintain high acceptability and timeliness rates in payroll support.
B. Payroll Tax Compliance Documents Preparation
  • Prepare and submit tax compliance documents (e.g., BIR Form 1601-C and other required filings).
  • Ensure compliance accuracy, timeliness, and acceptability of submissions to avoid penalties or delays.
C. Chart of Accounts Maintenance

  • Maintain and update assigned chart of accounts, including but not limited to:

  • Regular payroll account

  • Incentive and ancillary account
  • Disbursement account (for separated employees)
  • Accounts Payable – Others – Payments account
  • Government payable accounts (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Payroll internal charges account (advances to affiliates)
  • Payments for newly hired employees without ATM accounts
  • Guarantee timely and acceptable updates to financial records and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in payroll administration, tax compliance, or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
