Payroll Processing
• Responsible for Encoding/Payroll Entry
• Uploading of pay slips on the day of payroll crediting.
• Processes bi-weekly runs, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Handles adjustments for errors, corrections, or changes in members’ status.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies and processes adjustments or corrections as needed.
• Maintains accurate and complete payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Manages employee benefits and deductions
• Works closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure accurate employee data and to manage payroll-related aspects of onboarding and terminations.
• Assists in internal and external payroll audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing information as requested.
• Adheres to payroll laws and regulations is essential for avoiding legal issues and penalties.
• Handles payroll information with confidentiality and security is vital to protecting employee data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manpower or service cooperative setup.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel-based systems, or similar).
