About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst I to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing the company's payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees. The position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Calculating and processing biweekly payroll for all employees
  2. Maintaining and updating employee records, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll-related laws and regulations
  4. Preparing and submitting payroll reports and tax filings
  5. Providing support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
  6. Collaborating with HR and finance teams to address any payroll-related issues
  7. Continuously improving payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a payroll analyst or similar role
  2. Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, including tax laws and regulations
  3. Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Good communication and customer service skills
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
