Key Responsibilities

Client Integration & Value: Lead the client onboarding process, emphasizing how integrated modules streamline the client's workflow. Analyze usage data and provide expert, consultative guidance to maximize feature adoption, achieve desired business outcomes, and deliver clear ROI.

Relationship & Retention: Serve as the primary post-sales contact, managing relationships and conducting regular Business Reviews to drive high client satisfaction and proactively mitigate renewal risks.

Growth & Advocacy: Maintain deep product expertise to identify and position opportunities for client expansion (upsell/cross-sell). Act as the client's internal advocate, coordinating with internal Product/Support teams to ensure complex issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

Demonstrated ability to consult with clients on business process improvement (e.g., operational efficiency, financial reporting, HR administration).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of leading executive-level meetings and complex product training.

A proven track record of managing client relationships, driving high renewal rates, and expanding account value.
