Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Tuesday–Saturday)

Work Setup: Full Onsite


About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our support team handling customer interactions from the US. The CSR will assist customers through calls, chats, and emails, addressing inquiries related to accounts, services, transactions, payments, rewards, and other general concerns.

This is a full onsite role in Taguig, supporting a US-based customer support center.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product and service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
  • Analyze and clarify customer complaints to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests across multiple channels.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, avoiding technical jargon.
  • Gather relevant information through probing questions to assess customer needs.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide realistic timeframes for issue resolution and take ownership of each case.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (voice, chat, or email support).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) and on holidays.
  • Must be amenable to full onsite work in BGC, Taguig.
