Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries and concerns related to the LuvIt Customer Card. The role focuses on providing high-quality assistance to clients regarding card activation, billing, payment, and transaction concerns while ensuring compliance with banking and lending regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding LuvIt Customer Card services.
- Assist with card activation, billing statements, credit limit updates, and payment posting.
- Handle card-related disputes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Educate customers on card benefits, rewards programs, and installment plans.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Process card replacement, cancellation, or reactivation requests.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company KPIs and service quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience in the banking, card services, or lending industry.
- Strong understanding of credit card operations, billing, and payment processes.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite or in shifting schedules if required.
