Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries and concerns related to the LuvIt Customer Card. The role focuses on providing high-quality assistance to clients regarding card activation, billing, payment, and transaction concerns while ensuring compliance with banking and lending regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding LuvIt Customer Card services.
  • Assist with card activation, billing statements, credit limit updates, and payment posting.
  • Handle card-related disputes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Educate customers on card benefits, rewards programs, and installment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
  • Process card replacement, cancellation, or reactivation requests.
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company KPIs and service quality metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience in the banking, card services, or lending industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit card operations, billing, and payment processes.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite or in shifting schedules if required.
