Customer Service Specialist (LuvIt Customer Card) Industry: Lending / Banking / Financial ServicesLocation: Ortigas PasigEmployment Type: Full-time Onsite / Mon to Friday Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries and concerns related to the LuvIt Customer Card . The role focuses on providing high-quality assistance to clients regarding card activation, billing, payment, and transaction concerns while ensuring compliance with banking and lending regulations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding LuvIt Customer Card services. Assist with card activation, billing statements, credit limit updates, and payment posting. Handle card-related disputes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Educate customers on card benefits, rewards programs, and installment plans. Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system. Process card replacement, cancellation, or reactivation requests. Ensure adherence to bank policies, data privacy, and compliance standards. Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company KPIs and service quality metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field. At least 1–2 years of customer service experience in the banking, card services, or lending industry . Strong understanding of credit card operations, billing, and payment processes . Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work onsite or in shifting schedules if required.
