What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer calls and resolving queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate these to the management team
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
