
Customer Service Representative

What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming customer calls and resolving queries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate these to the management team
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
