We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with proven experience in customer support, preferably from the lending or financial services industry. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, assist with loan applications, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in lending, banking, or financial services)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in loan processing or billing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
