A. Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the hiring process from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
· Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
· Training and Development:
Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Performance Management:
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to employees.
· Job Level Framework Design
Assist in developing and maintaining a standardized job level matrix across departments. Define clear criteria for each level (e.g., scope of responsibility, decision-making authority, required competencies).
· Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies.
· Compensation and Benefits:
Manage payroll timekeeping & benefits administration
· Record Keeping:
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
· Policy Development:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
B. Qualifications:
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related course
- Highly organized and a team player
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel
- At least 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role (e.g., HR assistant, recruiter, or administrative support)
Work Location: P. Ocampo St. Malate, Manila near De La Salle University Manila
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:30PM
Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
