Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell premium Japanese automotive spare parts and local products. • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and retail partners. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct market visits to explore opportunities and monitor competitors. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. • Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management. • Attend trade shows, product presentations, and client meetings as needed. • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive parts or FMCG preferred). • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel nationwide. • Valid driver’s license preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of automotive products is an advantage. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
