Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in administrative or secretarial roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, format, and file correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
- Support HR and finance in filing employee records, reimbursements, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Perform other clerical and support duties as required by management.
