Job Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare, format, and file correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
  • Support HR and finance in filing employee records, reimbursements, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Perform other clerical and support duties as required by management.
