Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to introduce high-quality Japanese automotive spare parts and trusted local products to the market. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in customer relations, market expansion, and professional selling. Training and mentorship will be provided as you gradually take on responsibilities in fieldwork and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Japanese automotive spare parts and selected local products to customers.
  • Assist senior sales representatives in maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and retailers.
  • Participate in market visits to study competitors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and submit basic sales reports, call sheets, and activity logs for management review.
  • Support trade fairs, product demonstrations, and client meetings under guidance.
  • Represent the company professionally while developing confidence in client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles (internships and part-time work included).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to continuous development.
  • Willing to engage in fieldwork within assigned locations (driver's license is an advantage but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
