Job Summary:
The Intern will support the Human Resources and Admin department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for students to build foundational HR skills and gain exposure to the HR processes of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
- Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in learning about HR processes and employee relations.
