Help Desk Technician Wanted at Kinettix Inc.

We are looking for an expert Help Desk Technician to join our team at Kinettix Inc. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in IT support, trouble-shooting, and customer-centric skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supply high-quality technical assistance across multiple platforms.
  • Determine and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems swiftly.
  • Support clients in resolving login issues, system errors, and software installation challenges.
  • Keep accurate records of incidents and service requests within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with higher-level IT teams to tackle intricate issues.
  • Ensure prompt resolution and follow-up actions on pending tickets.
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Set up and upgrade software applications in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate closely with vendors for hardware fixes and replacements.

Required Capabilities:

  • Background: At least one year in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.
  • Professional Competence: Thorough understanding of fundamental troubleshooting principles for Windows/macOS, Office 365, email, network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN), and ticketing systems.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Academic Background: A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related discipline (preferred).
