Help Desk Technician

CallTek is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls from hotel guests, staff, and technicians regarding internet connectivity issues.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of college-level education and a neutral English accent. They will also be willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite.
In this role, the Help Desk Technician will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting equipment and escalating unresolved issues to Tier 2s. They will also make outbound calls, request hotels to post charges for internet fees, and follow up on disconnected calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in help desk support. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge about how the internet works and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
