Information Technology Help Desk Manager

Vervent Sibulan, Central Visayas, Philippines

This is a full-time, on-site role in Sibulan for an Information Technology Help Desk Manager at Vervent. The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of IT Operations with managing and overseeing all areas of Vervent's help desk, including tickets, staff development, provisioning of employees, and PC compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing help desk operations
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
