Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our outreach and appointment-setting efforts.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting email blasts, LinkedIn outreach, and booking appointments with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Craft and send targeted email blasts and follow-ups
- Set appointments with potential clients or stakeholders via email or LinkedIn
- Conduct research to collect relevant data and contact information for outreach
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and appointment status
- Collaborate with internal team members to align lead generation strategies with overall goals
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to independently research and gather accurate data
- Experience engaging with political/government officials is a strong plus
- Familiarity with real estate and urban planning industries is an advantage
