
Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive our expansion efforts and connect with potential clients who need professional security services.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients needing security services
- Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout the region that could benefit from security solutions
- Follow established processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
- Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in company CRM systems
- Participate in training sessions to learn about security services and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles
- Strong track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments
- Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in service-based industries preferred but not required
