Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an updated CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on the recruiting/staffing industry.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
  • Excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
  • Independent and motivated, comfortable working remotely and taking initiative to achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with US-based recruiting practices is a must.
