Lead Generation Specialist,
Job Description: We are seeking a self-driven individual to advocate for our client's business through lead generation and management. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, tireless work ethic, insatiable appetite for growth, and excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for someone who can manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management. This includes prospecting for new clients daily from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails. They will also input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.

Key responsibilities include conducting lead follow-up and nurturing until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails, as well as measuring conversion ratios and meeting performance benchmarks.
