We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our sales pipeline by performing essential business development tasks.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that involves conducting outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.
Requirements- Excellent Communication Skills: A strong command of English with high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities is essential.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using online tools and platforms, specifically Apollo IO and a CRM system, is required.
- Experience: Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus.
