About the Role

This position is a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for creating and developing new business opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • We qualify leads and set meetings between prospective customers and sales representatives to facilitate meaningful connections.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain high productivity by making frequent calls and emails to prospective clients to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  • Create effective outreach strategies for new lead generation methods and support Account Executives on outbound strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish strong communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients to build trust and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and phone presence to effectively convey messages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets to deliver results.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic approach to achieve success.
