
Strategic Client Support Professional

We are seeking a professional to support our Enterprise clients in utilizing Atlassian products. This role plays a vital part in facilitating the adoption and utilization of our tools, providing valuable feedback into product and sales teams to enhance and refine our offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide billing, quoting, and licensing assistance for internal sales teams and external customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Learn new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for Enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with a dispersed team and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Be adaptable and flexible while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Utilize an innovative mindset to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions and improvements.
- Extensive experience in providing customer and sales support through various channels.
- Strong background in customer service with empathy, positive communication, attentiveness, and active listening.
- Experience creating quotes and supporting order management processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English to convey complex technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain flexible, and handle high volume and demands.
- Robust multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Identify process gaps or conflicts and propose effective solutions.
- A positive attitude, sense of urgency, timely execution, and ability to shift between functions.
- Strong understanding of software billing and licensing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Previous B2B or B2C support experience providing billing and licensing support.
- Demonstrated talent in inspiring change from customer feedback.
- Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products and experience using Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
- Experience in the enterprise software industry.
- Process improvement and project management expertise.
