About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of attendance and time records for our healthcare associates. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with timekeeping policies, resolving attendance concerns, and keeping both internal teams and clients informed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain attendance and time records diligently.
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance data for healthcare associates.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in resolving attendance-related inquiries from staff.
  • Provide regular attendance updates to clients regarding their teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with timekeeping policies.
  • Forward attendance-related requests for client approval (e.g., time-off, undertime, coaching pullouts, bereavement notifications).
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or other data management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
