Client Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Identification & Research:

    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring timely responses and strategic alignment.
  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
    • Monitor and track qualified leads in the sales pipeline.
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
    • Report on proposal status and key metrics regularly.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:
    • Craft tailored service proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms to internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development & Support:
    • Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy.
    • Develop presentations for prospective clients and internal executives.
