Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and back-office assistance to U.S. clinics and healthcare partners
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage healthcare-related processes based on client requirements
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (healthcare background preferred but not required)
  • Open to working on U.S. shifts and flexible with changing schedules
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to learning and growth
