Your Role

  • Provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based clinics
  • Manage patient-related inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
  • Perform healthcare-related processes such as insurance verification, claims, and billing assistance
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to meet client expectations

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and flexible with shifting schedules
  • A team player who is adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn
