Healthcare Support Associate – Now Hiring

Work Location: On-site at Ebloc 3 Building, Padriga St., Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City

Work Schedule: Schedule aligned with U.S. client hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for U.S.-based clinics and healthcare providers
  • Manage phone, email, and chat interactions with professionalism and efficiency
  • Perform healthcare-related tasks such as insurance verification, claims support, or other client-specific processes
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (healthcare account experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules based on U.S. business hours
