About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Team Leader to guide, inspire, and manage our team to achieve excellence in client support, operational efficiency, and performance management. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on coaching to ensure the success of both our people and our processes.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and establish deadlines.
  • Foster an inspiring team environment with open communication.
  • Motivate team members and encourage high performance, creativity, and innovation.
  • Oversee daily operations and manage shift coverage and workload distribution.

Performance Management & Coaching

  • Monitor team performance and administer monthly scorecards to track KPI reliability.
  • Deliver constructive feedback, provide coaching, and address training needs.
  • Translate data insights into actionable improvements for productivity and quality.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure team compliance with account-specific SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround times.
  • Manage PTO requests and assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Develop and maintain team-building activities to strengthen collaboration.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the team in client updates and escalations with professionalism.
  • Address client concerns promptly and in alignment with SLAs.
  • Proactively identify blockers or process gaps and implement solutions.

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and updated SOP documentation.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for better efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in a BPO or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, operational execution, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate diverse team members.
  • Proficiency in interpreting productivity and attendance dashboards.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
